The Isis Adventure

Okay so I have the clue list, so far I have not been able to decipher any of them. I thought it might help to buy the first decryption key but that didn't help either. I've tried arranging the letters in multiple ways and nothing even looks anything close to words. Am I doing something completely wrong?

I won't give anything away since it's just too much fun, but I will say that if your new to the whole world of cryptology you may want to read up on the subject and pay close attention to the chapter entitled Ciphers.
