its unscrewed one complete turn

I have finally after 4 years decided to have anther go at opening this dam thing and to my utter surprise after a couple of hours managed to get it to unscrew one complete turn however i cant get it to unscrew any further or open can any one give some pointers please

Thanks, however it would appear that its just as hard to get into the 5% club as it is the isis! lol
