Greetings-

Although I think that I have released the third ball bearing, I am unable to cause the plunger to go halfway (despite the fact that I think know how to do so). Is it possible that I have not in actuality released the third ball bearing, and if so, how will I know when it has been released? Any permissible assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I can't tell you how you decide if the 3bb has been released, but I can tell you that you will know when you can cause the plunger to go halfway. You will know!
Yes it is possible that you haven't released the 3bb, and if you read the clues you might find the answer.....

Your advice was genuinely helpful, and was greatly appreciated.

I was curious (since I deciphered both the UK and USA clues) as to whether or not both sets of clues are applicable to both the USA and UK Isis spheres, as they often specify different courses of action which one should take.
