The Isis Adventure

Hi there!

I got my Isis for Christmas so I've not been at it long. I've decrypted all the clues and got the 11th and I'm off... only now I've ground to a halt.

I'm at the stage where the placenta's are 1cm apart (what an initial sense of achievement that brought!) and I'm fairly sure I know what I should be doing next but it's not working

I let go of the plunger whilst I was turning the halves & I think that's messed me up, either that or I've got it stuck somehow (like another Adventurer I read about in the forum).

Any pros out there who can help me? I'd just like to know if I'm sound like I'm on the right track or if I've got the thing stuck!

I'm with you! So I've stuffed it up then. I can't seem to back track though! It's soooooo frustrating....

You should still be able to open the Isis from this state,
Just read All the clues again

By 1cm stage I presume that you mean that the top placenta is 1cm to the right of the lower one?
In which case you either may not be as far through the clues as you think, or you need to do the same again but read clue 10 more carefully
The 1 thing that's for sure is that you haven't got it stuck.
You should infact be able to just twist the two halves so they're back inline again

I can't seem to get them back in line for love nor money! I've even got a strong man to have a go and WD40ed it but no joy. What is the significance of hearing BB3 but not BB1 or BB2?

I know that all this frustration will be worth it when I eventually open it but OH MY GOD!

Hi Darnda,

Try using a pair of washing up gloves, it will enable you to get a better grip on the ISIS

And don't use WD-40 on your ISIS, it is a penetration oil, and so it's bad for the ISIS. Use 3 in 1 oil instead.
