sorry if this is the wrong section, ive just got my isis,havnt really played with it but top and bottom blue rings dont spin, just the middle one is that normal?

All the rings should spin. Do the rings not spin at all., or are they just tough to turn?

my mistake, there just harder to spin than the middle, one, thanks though
