Help!

Hi everyone.
I've had my Isis ball for over 10 years and never really got anywhere with opening it. I was in the loft earlier putting thr xmas decorations back when I stumbled across the puzzle.
I've looked online for help and even tried mimicking the valls movement from opened puzzels but with not luck.
I am hoping someone on here can help me before it drives me mad again.
I have the titanium and silver isis ball.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
