Dear Reader,
I have ALL the 10 clues (including the 11th [without saying too much
]).
I really think that my 3rd ball is bearing (while I'm yet not sure
), so what I would really ask of, would be a point/push in the correct direction from here...-- I can always twist the upper part of the Isis like few mm (around 1-3mm), and i don't know how to get to the 1 cm stage 
I've been dealing with this problem for ages, and the only thing it really did teach me was how much your thumb really can hurt!!!!
