Hi all has anyone had an issue with the key number not being valid once you try to enter it onto the site?

Normaly that works fine. Is your ramisis new? If not you have to drop sonic a line to reset it.

Yes got my black and gold one two days ago, just this second popped it open and went to enter the key and it's saying 'access denied, incorrect information'

I'll drop them an email while I move on to my new tessa!
