how to reset the ramisis

how if i can do i reset the ramisis puzzle? and how do i disassemble it? i follow the instructions. put tray back in and twist clock wise to lock. however after it is locked every time the plesenta faces the back the key tray pops out. am i not locking it right?

If i remember it right there is a reset instruction on the isis adventure site.
Extreme,Devil,Deep blue,Aurum,Purple Haze,Eagle-Isis,Tessarisis 5%
