Can't register Ramisis - page not found

A long time absent puzzler returning - I found a free ISIS coin a long, long time ago (in a galaxy, far, far away... well, Wales) and solved the ISIS I won. I did have a crack at a real pyramid, but alas my riddle solving wasn't up to it. That pyramid is long gone (the shop it was to be found in was in Ruthin, but has closed now) and I never found out the answer to the riddle (if of course, anyone ever solved it).
I got a chance to solve a Ramisis when a friend gave up on his. I managed to open it and release the key, and handed it back for the owner to register it and get the rest of the instructions. And then time went by.
Now, I've had a chance to own that very same Ramisis for myself, which is still open with the key out. And I have snapped it up. It has apparently never been registered, so I've just tried to do so, but when I tap in the code on the base, I get a 404 Not Found error on the page when looking for this address:

Now, the hint is probably in the "failed.php" that it can't register for some reason, but what code=14 means is anyone's guess. Does anyone know how I can get this Ramisis registered to my account now I own it? And then of course the key?
With the passage of time, a bit more info about the Ramisis is now out "in the wild", so I know about the second challenge, and, this being a G1 Ramisis, it has already been accidentally locked into that challenge (thankfully with the key chamber out). Which I'm going to now tackle. Plus I'll do the required "let me into the 5% forums" thing too. But it would be nice to get the thing registered to my account and I might even scrape together some cash for a Copernisis again.
