Don't think it's anything to worry about, probably just random chance that parts of your puzzle were anodised on different days, giving rise to the slight colour difference.
I've had various motorcycle parts anodised in the past and having seen it done, I know that anodised aluminium colour is dependant upon a whole host of different factors, if the parts were not in the same vat when they were processed, then they are likely to have some sort of variation in relative colour.
