You should be able to pull it out further without any more rotation of the upper layers.
If this does not work, the next question is: Where is the placenta (front, left, rear, or right) ?

Well it popped that far out, but without realizing i wasnt supposed to keep going, i kept twisting. I got it back once more to the stopped position (kind towards the back, more towards the back left corner, not directly back).
