I bought a Ramisis but it came to me already opened!
Isn't it strange?

Is there something that i have to do?

Oops, that shouldn't have happened email andrew, good news unless it's disassembled you should be able to reset it and atlas have no clue what to do.

If you can NOT push the draw back into the ramisis (flush), then contact Andrew to have this fixed/replaced.

Alternatively you could contact someone living near you who has opened his/her Ramisis to fix it for you.

Out of curiosity, where did you buy it? It is supposedly not available until april.
