The Isis Adventure

OK, I have opened th eIsis and deciphered those clues with ease but I am sitting here starring at the Ramisis clues with a blank. I even broke down and purchased the decryption files which are also cryptic and don't seem to help at all. Could someone please point me in the right direction on deciphering the clues. I am not asking for them deciphered or how to open my Ramisis, just looking for an idea on where to start with the deciphering. Are the clues a "Simple Substituion" like the Isis was?

don't look at them solely off the isis look at each clue as a whole and see if that helps what do they all have in common?

OK, so for some reason I just can not get these clues. I really need a hint to get me started. I am sure that once I have an idea of how these work I can figure them out. Can someone please PM me with something that would help.

OK, so thanks to Matt's small clue I have figured out how to decipher the clues. I am in the process and will hopefully have my Ramisis open soon.

I have all the clues deciphered and now my problem is this. I was messing around with this thing before I knew the clues and am wondering if that matters. If so is there a way I can reset the Ramisis? Right now I can hear a single BB going around on a track when I move it around. Is there a certain starting point for this?

WOOHOOO!!! I finally got this thing opened. I knew I was on the right track before just was completely sure. Now I need to work on disassembly.
