No more frustration about this freaky puzzle,
no more rattling and rolling near my ear,
no more peeking through the key hole,
no more twisting and turning in vain,
no more blocking in both directions,
no more hurting hands,
no more phonebook torture...
Finally,
9,5 months after ordering it,
6 months after receiving it,
3 months after giving up,
40 minutes after receiving it back from a repair service...
My Refusing Ramisis has surrendered!
It's sad, but I'm glad, it's over...

by the sounds of it you pinched every pennies worth(shilings?) outta that puzzle,got your moneys worth for sure!
i was talking to my boss about the situation here ..he doesnt do the isis... ..anyway,after tellling him the whole kit and kaboodle
he responded with "Hey ,get off the guys nut sac,you want another sh!tty puzzle?"
so i am going to take his advice and "get off PUZZ's Nut Sac",and let him work it out in his own sweet time.....hoping for the highest possible quality we can get.
