The Silence/Locking bit

Apologies if this has already been asked but here goes.

I've got the key out and just attempting to open the key chamber for the 2nd time.

My Ramisi5 has gone silent and when i move the internal bits it stops moving. I am able to move other layers and get this stopping action to happen at different locations.

Am i on the right "track" or doing something completely right?
