We have all been following the development of the Ramisis avidly, from the first prototype:

Image which is clearly silver

through the second prototype:

to the final (?) version:

Image which is clearly gold and blue.

Edit: And now (12 August) we have another final (?) version, looking rather more like the second prototype:

Edit: Follwed rapidly (13 August) by this version - the pentagon makes an appearance:

The second protoype was a more subtle shade of .... well, we don't seem quite sure, so I thought we ought to have a poll! Just for fun! :D

Ummm, I'd say a dark silver, like grey-ish brown-ish silver.

I'll vote for grey, as it's the closest. NOT GOLD!

It's gold but it's a little bit of a bronze as well

I voted silver because I think it's just bare metal. I think the tint of colour that people are seeing is due to the lighting used to take the picture.
I'm relatively confident that in real life the second prototype is just an unannodised silver metal, be it steel or aluminium.
Though I'd be quite happy to admit I'm wrong if PUZZ can tell us what colour it actually is

I agree with Happyhannah on this one, the photo of the second prototype certainly appears to be "grey-ish brown-ish silver".
But at the same time I agree with bluesign2k, in that it is bare metal.
I would think that all three versions are made from aluminium: with the first prototype it is hard to see, the second prototype is machined hence the tool marks, the final product appears to be an anodised casting.
It would have been nice to see some Isis hieroglyphs engraved on it, or maybe they will be on the fourth version.

Surely bluesign2k speaks the truth; it is certainly the lighting that makes the silver appear with a "yellow" tint from the flash. Just look at the bottom right corner of it.

Out of interest, has anyone else noticed that the latest version of ISIS II doesn't appear to have the slot in the bottom like the 2nd version?? ....interesting 8)

That was the first thing I noticed (okay, well, after the colors...). I wonder if the 5%ers' harder version will have it?

The slot may be in the back and we can't see it from the angle it was taken in the third picture.

That's a good point actually, I'd assumed it would/should be on the front

Maybe they are trying to show off the Sonic Warp emblem in the picture :)
