I received my tracking number about a week ago, just wondering how long shipping usually takes, since it has to go through customs and what not.

USPS they say 7-10 days ..reality..14-16.......
not sure about the royal mail....right now is a horrible time to ship anything....in the states anyway...

I have made good progress i have the key out of the chamber but this is where i have a problem i can't get the chamber back in have it's lock it's self what do i do can anyone help please. Feel free to pm with help.

You don't need any help; I opened mine from the same position, just keep twisting and turning

i have been playing with mine for about 7 hours today... took a break to look at the forum - picked it up because i decided i might try marking my layers gave it a tiny turn and i hear a *pink* look to the other side at what touched my finger and the key chamber just kicked out at me... i must have done something right!!!
i am pumped!

I have the key chamber out couldn't put it back in but played on with seconed set of instructions and i have got back tonot being able to move the top part as when the key chamber comes out. I left it for an hour came back and done as the instructions said but the catch will not move can anyone help me please
I feel so close and i want to get into it now

I've just had the same thing. I suspect were back at the position where we first opened the key chamber and need to go back up top and work Down through the layers. I can't seem to get past the obstacle in the top layer at the moment though!

If that was the case i should be able to put the chamber back in which i can't shouldn't i

I'm having the same problem, I just can't seem to be able to get it out of the top position.

Yeh, now I've found a nice quiet place to play with my Ramisis I can hear the BBs inside much better.
However, Im now at the same stage as you where it seems to be stuck in the top layer.
I put some stickers on the lowe layers without markings to help me figure out whats going on inside but they're not much help at the moment while the BB is permenantly at the top.

The key chamber mechanism is a one shot operation, so even if you end up back in the bottom it won't re-open your key chamber. You need to maneuver the ball back to it's start position to re-open it.

Are you still right at the very top, or have you managed to get the ball onto the circular track yet. I've managed to get the ball past the 'obstacle' in the top layer and onto a circular track. There seems to be a groove in the side of this layer, opposite the placenta - but no amount of twiddling from any angle seems to move the ball anywhere other than back to the very top (off the track). If anyone has any ideas how to progress i'd love to hear them as i've promised myself that if i've not got past this stage by the weekend i'm going to give up and cut the damn thing open. I spent about 8 hours last night trying to get past the circular track to no avail and i'd like to know why!

I agree! That would be SO helpful. I've come to the same conclusion about moving from top to "bottom" quite a few times, and now I am at a loss for what to do next. So it's probably going to be a matter of playing with it until I get it right...ugh.
