mines gones completely silent. made my way up through what i think you guys are calling the R'sOH to the top, down through what i believe is the center to the base. from what i can gather, i am on the right track. most of it was pretty easy except for getting out of the base at the begining. now that i am "at the base" or so i think, the top layers spin clockwise indefinetly, and lock when the placenta is 180 degrees from the "RAMISIS" sign if turned counter-clockwise. i thought this might be an indication that i was close to opening the key chamber. i even tried to twist the top while someone held the base. even the two of us couldnt make it move. help someone. at least point me in the right direction.

dont ever put that much force on any of the puzzles..you will now have as much damage as force exuded ...this puzzle can jam at certain crossroads in the puzzle...there are pics in the ramisis 5% club of puzzle damage you wont believe...this is unnecessary...im going to say something that may get deleted but i dont feel it is a huge deal in the puzzle solution but has become a huge deal in issues such as you mentioned
the bb is much smaller in this puzzle...
there ,now saying this ...it can find itself in a situation inside the puzzle where one action progresses but another action creates a locking or jamming sensation to the user...forcing your ramisis in this condition will create dents inside ...can cause severe machining or marking of internal parts ...do not damage your puzzle in frustration...at no time during solving my ramisis did i have to put more than maybe 1/8 inch pounds of pressure on it...about what it takes to turn the dial for the heater on your car dash...if more is required its wrong...when the puzzle jams like you are describing it needs to be backed off of the stop point and shaken upside down until top layers turn freely....if you think you have found some "point" where pressure is required ,it will only be mild pressure ....the bb's are steel...the puzzle is aluminum...bad for the puzzles....your description of your procedure through the puzzle isnt right...when you where torquing on it with a friend...no good...i wont say where you where but if you looked at your procedure in a mirror it would work better

i am not a know it all...i just want to find a exceptable alternative to spoilers that everyone is satisfied with... :D
good luck on your Adventure :D

Cornett thank you for the advice. the BB knowledge is quite helpful. i am a bit confused by your "hint" for lack of better words, to look at my proceedure in the mirror.

cornett, i wish you or the admins would have posted this information sooner. the booklet says the ramisis "does not require any hard contact with another object". i thought twisting (even when locked) was safe.

i'm stuck at step #10, and have been using moderate to heavy force to pop the chamber a second time. :?

Hmmm, I like jam... but this morning the top section of a new jar was blocking, so I was unable to make the jam pop out... I had to hit it really hard to force it open, the top section was seriously dented and then the jam came out, but no lights at all. The top section now turns freely, but after just half a turn clockwise it locks again... Should I send it back to Puzz for repairs?
No Ramisis for breakfast tomorrow I guess.

Should I have remembered Cornetts description of the car heater then? I tried it, and even though it turns on a light everytime I press it, this happens only AFTER I turn the key clockwise 2 clicks... There is no way I can turn either the "up" or the "down" car heater button without some serious force...

I just don't get it, my Ramisis remains a Jamisis...
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
