it seems the british/english people are actually embarassed when they are made to show anger in a public setting..and outbursts of improper behaviour are looked down upon strongly...outspokeness seems to be viewed as arrogance...even when my outbursts seem justified some one everytime ,is obliged to deal out proper punishment for the outburst...it is a tricky bit getting your point across without ruffling any feathers....in America it seems to be that the loudest meanest dog runs the pack.. :lol: ...but over there its the most discaplined,most proper dog is revered and is the leader.

I don't think thats true, I think it has much more to do with the manner the argument is put over.
