It's only £10 to ship to the US from Firebox too, as opposed to £25 from Sonic Warp. Yet another lesson learned here. In the future I will only consider ordering special edition puzzles (such as the Ramisi5 and my Isis 1C) directly from Sonic Warp. This goes for the Isis III - V pre-order too.

Sonic Warp makes some great products, but they really don't seem to be setup to deal directly with the customer in the ways that we are expecting.

Because of changes in the $ vs the £ since I originally pre-ordered, I would lose money if I asked for a refund at this time. So I'm going to stick it out with my original pre-order, for now. If we reach this point next week and mine still hasn't shipped, then I may reconsider just taking the loss.

I just got an email from Caroline that my Ramisi5 is being shipped this afternoon. So others who are waiting for theirs may be getting them soon too.

She says that my Ramisis will follow shortly...
