Adam, perhaps you should take a picture of it and send it to Sonic Warp. It's something that they should be made aware of since they will be shipping out many more of these over the coming months. Since it is still early in this product's life cycle maybe they can change something to prevent this from happening , like maybe putting some packaging material in the box with the puzzle so that it can't shift around much during shipping.

I will do that and post one here for fun. I will do a before and after I plan on smoothing out the hole and making it look like it was supposed to be there. photo to follow as time allows.

Did you notice the Ramisis is shipped in a pimped "Isis I" box?
Look at the round shapes inside, where the ball would fit.
The outside says "Isis II" while everywhere else it is referred to as Ramisis.
Take a closer look and see the second "I" was added later.
Puzz stated: This box is only temporary, new boxes are being designed and will be available next year.

Does 'temporary' mean temporary for us or temporary for SW? I doubt that they'll be shipping us out the new boxes when they arive.

I'm sure what you have are old stock (maybe from Sharper Image) that has been pilfered, had a "I" engraved on the end of the box and a pyramid shoved in it.

Isn't that a test in school for young children? You teach them not to put a pyramid in a box mention for a sphere? Or is that not putting a square peg in a round hole? Something like that.
