I think by "more stock", Caroline just means that she's waiting for the finished/updated puzzles to come into her office from the SW factory,

btw, Caroline told me that she should have the Ramisi5 by Thursday As I've ordered both versions, she's waiting to receive both before she sends them out to me, so that should be the same for anyone else who's ordered both.

I received a similar email from her. I was hoping that since they charged me full shipping for each of them (£25 for each to the US which is not cheap) that they would have sent out the standard one right away and then the Ramisi5 when they become available. Since it appears that they are going to ship them together I wonder if I should ask if they would/could refund some of the shipping cost. If it was only a few dollars I wouldn't mind much, but £50 is about $100 US which is a lot these days.

I'm sure Caroline wouldn't mind if you asked, I'm not sure if she will be able to give you a postage discount but it's worth a try.

Although Caroline is waiting for both puzzles before she posts them to me, I have a feeling that the Ramsis will still be packaged and posted individually due to the size of the custom made postage boxes SW send the puzzles in. Moreover Caroline said that she would send me the tracking numbers, not number. If this is the case, I'm guessing you won't be able to get a discount, but I could be wrong, so it's definitely worth asking

If I had to pay to have two things shipped individually, I would expect them to be shipped INDIVIDUALLY. It's unfair to make someone who has paid for two seperate orders wait for them to be shipped together. SW got the same ammount of money as they would have if two orders were placed by two people. Just because it's one person shouldn't mean that they can treat it like one order.

This is what the Royal mail says now: Your item, posted on 24/10/08 with reference *************** has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

So I guess that means it is in the U.S. and now I can't track it.

Well, after my Ramisis has been in the U.S. for four days, the USPS finally shows something on their tracking:

Status: Inbound International Arrival
Your item arrived in the United States at ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 10:00 PM on October 26, 2008. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

It doesn't tell me when to expect it but that is better than nothing. Hopefully I get it today....

Another DAY of waiting? DAY!? I've got to wait another day just to see if I have to wait another week to wait another two to three to God-knows-how-many weeks for the thing to ship to Australia. And I ordered on the first day of preorder.

I’m not really happy right now either considering that someone else who lives in the same country as me but ordered after me already got his and has it solved. Mine hasn’t shipped yet only because I decided to order one of each (the Ramisis and Ramisi5) and even though I got charged full shipping for each, they decided to hold back my Ramisis until they had the Ramisi5 ready to ship so that they can ship them together. Doesn’t really seem fair to me. Considering I paid full shipping for each, I don’t understand why they couldn’t just send my Ramisis to me last week and then send my Ramisi5 whenever they eventually get them.

I emailed Caroline about the possibility of getting a refund on part of the shipping but have not had a response yet.

Lessons that I’ve learned for the future:

- Don’t pay with PayPal because Sonic Warp’s setup doesn’t give you the option to choose your source of funds with PayPal (it defaulted to my checking account, I wanted to pay with a credit card).

- Don’t pre-order.

- Don’t order more then one item at a time, wait until the first item is in hand before ordering the next.

ouch buddy...i am sorry your upset..i didnt get shipped the puzzle i ordered but am trying to make the best of it....the mechanical part is my main interest and i have a knack for visualizing internal mechanisms ...you are in the best part of it..the anticipation...put yourself in my position its all over again until 3..i have the game..so what!!..its really hard and i am getting nowhere fast....sorry i boasted ,for real stet...it will be there soon .....i want you all in the 5% club....i rushed my moment of joy and now i have made my impatient friends feel worse...sorry guys&gals.....i was the first to get a WORKING ramisis rvc code decyphered and entered only because the first batch malfunctioned..scottybot and chadh both know way more than me about it....

Thats what Sonicwarp should be doing we were told on the 10th that they had the parts and would be shipped 16th 17th.

Two weeks later and still no sign.

We have had an update which said if you do get one dont worry about the light send it back if it's not working.

I'm getting to the stage where im goimg to see the light myself and ring my credit card compay and get my money back.

Once you see the game, there is no rush in solving the puzzle.
I too am stuck in there, and haven't got a clue how to progress (well, I have some ideas, but they're all wrong so far ).
And this is just the first level (apparently)
I preferred it when my Ramisis wasn't solved
