i emailed them ,we shall see what they say...not jumping to any conclusions....but i just dont really know what i should do if it comes a ramisis...if i am indeed collecting the puzzles 1-5 i think i may want a standard ramisis to go with the blue and gold isis1....is a ramisi5 like a isis1a?...i am tired of being angry all the time...i might try to get some free stuff if they messed up but i am not sure i will send it back ...i am only worried about there being something extra going on with the ramisi5 puzzles,besides inside the puzzle.....

When i asked if there was a extra prize or something this is what i got back from them.



Hi, I believe that the reward is the same for both versions of the Ramisis, other than the added satisfaction of opening the difficult version. I will check this though, and confirm with you when I know for certain. Best Regards Caroline Logsdail

mine was shipped ,if i get it and it is not a Ramisi5,it is going straight back on SW's tab...i have 4 emails confirming what i ordered from SW...

They told me that Ramisi5 will be shipped next week, so your must be a standard Ramisis.

I didn't get an email so I emailed them. I got a response that they just were picked up and I got a tracking number. Does anyone know which shipping company I can use the tracking number?

If it's in the format of 2 letters, several number, and maybe a couple of letters at the end, try http://www.royalmail.com

Another question, how do I track it when it gets to the U.S.? I could just put the tracking number into websites like ups.com or usps.com or fedex.com or etc. but does anyone know if the tracking number changes when it changes carriers? If so then how do I find that number?

if you didnt upgrade your shipping ,and they used usps,then you wont be able to once its in the US

Maybe they were planning a more difficult way of encoding the RVC.
I'd say having the green light not working is a very difficult way of encoding it

Other than that both versions have same internal mechanism, and so far no one has solved it yet. The extra something I posted a while ago has not been implemented within the electronics, in the end we decided not to over complicate an already quite complicated puzzle.

So Puzz is saying that there isn't much if any difference between the Ramisis and Ramisi5 anymore? I ordered one of each because there was supposed to be a difference. If there really isn't then I'm going to have to try to cancel my order for one of them, if it is not too late.

Thank you but I don't think it is going to work for me because I didn't upgrade shipping (it already cost somewhere around $50).

This is what the Royal mail says now: Your item, posted on 24/10/08 with reference *************** has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

So I guess that means it is in the U.S. and now I can't track it.

Go ahead and try to track it at http://www.usps.com using the same tracking number that you used with Royal Mail. It has always worked for me with orders from Sonic Warp (ok, the 1 order that they gave me a tracking number for) as well as orders I get from China and Japan. When any kind of international shipment gets handeled by the USPS the tracking numbers transfer too and they usually do a pretty good job of keeping the tracking up to date.
