Do I need to bring out the positive thoughts thread again
:D :D :D :D

Seriously, this puzzle is amazing, and well worth the wait!
It sounds like orders are going to ship this week and next week, followed by a promotion at Hamleys.

I know things probably haven't been dealt with as well as they could have, but have you seen the sort of customer service you get from some of the other companies

BT cut off all of my business lines and internet access off last year by accident, and it took over a fortnight to get them back up. I spent over 40 hours on the telephone to them in total. I spoke to more muppets than the cast of The Muppet Show and Sesame Street put together - the only thing they actually made clear to me was that they couldn't give a toss about helping me   .

Last time I spoke to BT about the fact that they were charging me twice for a particular service, I had to talk them through where to find the information on their website, and then they told me that the information on their website was wrong

Still, the good thing about disorganised chaos like that was that I was able to claim the same compensation from three different departments
Most companies are the same nowadays

At least we have a rough idea of what's going on, and are getting some feedback from SW. It could be worse - we could be phoning someone at a call centre who doesn't even know what a Ramisis is, let alone how long it's going to be

BTW I'm still not playing with mine out of sympathy for everyone else
I thought I'd get that in before I got loads of responses telling me that I only feel that way because I already have one

But seriously, let's stop hating on Andrew. The less time he has stressing about the forum means more time for him to stress about the Ramisis

Quite possibly. I think I'm going to be in London that day anyway. I doubt I'll get there quite so early this time, though.

Sorry to harp on but in my business if you make a mistake it (will) costs lives. Would you be happy if the new plane you flew in came crashing down because it wasn't tested first?(No I don't build areoplanes) SW have only themselves to blame for not being up front with their customers. I'm happy to wait like everybody else but they need to be clear in what they say, August,September,October, recall, deliver in two weeks and now November with preorders being recieved after 7/11. I think I woulld have lost my job by now if I performed like this. Be clear and honest it does not cost anything and people will be happy :D

I really would like to come but it's just the cost(and the travel). Some one suggested a meeting more central a convention of some sort that would be great, just like the Trekies(Star Treck). Maybe we could get something like that, so we could all meet and have a Puzzle Day with a riddle to where the venue was(sorry Puzz you can't write the riddle as it might take years to solve :D ) Is there anyone out there who knows anything about setting something like this up i.e. Chairman, Treasurer :?: :?: :?: :?:
