Technically, the text says "Pre-order available from 14th July" -- it says nothing about when on this day it will start ... :?

It also does not state which year :?:

you know how it says:
Pre-order your Isis II (FCFS basis)

so if your not 1 of the first 500 to pre-order 1 but your the 1st to turn up at the shop can you still get 1?
