See, I was smart!
I kept my money back in July and I invested in the US stock market... so my money has been safe right here in the good ol' USofA invested in stocks for over 4 months...

maybe we should have stayed under british control....then my isis's wouldn't be double priced

Okay...
For those of you that have ordered direct from SW before... explain what this means...
(I know what *I* think it means... but surely this can't be true)

I ordered on 10/18/2008 (or 18/10/2008, if you prefer).

This morning (Monday, 10/20/2008) I got an email that says "Order Fulfilled".

When I went to the website and looked at my order, it has:

Shipping

Ship Date 18/10/2008 Actual 20/10/2008
Ship Via United States

Now that would lead me to believe that this little puppy is on the way. But you folks that have been through the order, billing, shipping process might say "oh yeah, it always says that..."

Thoughts?

The status on every order I've ever placed directly from is listed as "Billed", even orders which have been completed months ago and I already have the items. None of them have any shipping information at all. It would be nice if they updated my order status and even included the tracking numbers.

So when you look at your Ramisis order, does it have any info under the SHIPPING section?

Mine actually shows the 18/10 and 20/10 dates in that section.

I've placed two orders for Ramisis (one for each the Ramisis and then the Ramisi5). The first was placed on July 14, the second on October 2. Both have the status at "Billed". The first one actually has shipping date of July 15, but I also ordered a mug with the Ramisis, and that did ship. The second one has a shipping date listed as October 2, which we know not to be true. Like I said, even orders I placed in the early spring still have a status of "Billed" even though I already have the items. And none of my orders show any tracking information even though I know that they get tracking numbers when they ship. The above mentioned mug was lost in the mail and after not receiving it after a month, Sonicwarp provided to me the tracking number which I was able to use to discover that it was misrouted and then returned to them. As I've said a few times now, I would really love to get the tracking numbers up front, when the items ship.

I haven't gotten anywhere on the list yet, as nobody has brought me any stock yet.
Andrew is in the unit today, so I'm assuming (and keeping all fingers and toes crossed) that he fetches some in with him tomorrow.
