Money Spent... Why is the box all messed up?

I spent $213 to buy a Ramsis from SonicWarp and I just got it today. There is no blinking light, and the the box it came in is an ISIS I. The inner roof is all torn up, and thought they fixed that issue. Well, both of those issues.

Sorry to hear you are disappointed.
The 'new' Ramisis does not have a blinking light when you start puzzling (the 'old' Ramisis did not have it either...). The new clues do not mention it anymore.
The 'old' Ramisis would punch a hole straight through the top of the box, the new Ramisis has a rounded top to prevent that.
The true value of the ramisis is the puzzle inside it, not the box or the (supposedly) blinking red light.
Have fun with your puzle,and place it on top of the box when not in use.
