Ramisi5 Upgraded version question

Can anyone confirm that there 2 layers on the top move freely when they opened there Ramisi5 because mine seem to be locked when I first opened it, when the book is stating 5 moveable layers I've only got 4 basically. Granite It could be I need to unlock that top piece but I'm just checking to see if I have to or not.

It states "moveable", but does not state "individually moveable", does it?

You cannot move the two upper layers freely from start.

About "granite"...I hate correcting spelling; I'm sure that it would make me made if someone corrected mine, but for a word that you use so often, you should know that it is meant to be spelled (and pronounced) "granted".

the second from the top is non turnable independant from the top....i dont know why it has so much play..it never does turn..ever..its how its made...dont force it to turn as per PUZZ's previous post.....and that..is the rest..of the story....
