Hi Danielto,

To send a message to the gatekeeper, goto your messages within the forum, click on "New Message" and on the right hand side you should see a a box labelled "Groups". In this box are two groups: 500 club and Gatekeeper. Click on "Gatekeeper" to highlight it, then click the "ADD" button in the centre of the screen (under the "find member" link). This will add "Gatekeeper" to the message "TO" field. You can then type the message and send it as usual
