Angels and Demons & Antimatter Canister

Postby PUZZ » Tue May 26, 2009 3:39 pm

Folks,

I'm not sure if any of you are aware but Sonicwarp built a protoype for the film A&D, we spoke at length to Sony productions, but things went a bit crazy when they accused us of almost spying on them whilst they were filming when they shouldnt have been

Anyway our prototype of the canister which we had built before they had even thought about making their own was turned down without them even taking the time to look at it. We even flew over to the USA with the prototype with an arranged meeting in NY with Sony, but again they let us down when we got there !

So the only 1 in the world in now up for grabs, visit Youtube.com and have a look, and if interested go to www.sonicwarp.com and look under other products for information on how to place a bid for this unique product.

It does look very cool, so cool.........drool,
I would be too tempted to give it a bit of the 13th but if Toxophilite is right then that might not be such a good idea.

The canister is a puzzle, never been solved and was designed to be solved within 24 hours or the electronics fused !

We have spare parts for it, and it could be made up to actually work as intended with some effort.

First off, a proper picture/film of it would be nice, not the badley lit one you have kicked out. It's NOT connected to the film, it doesn't work and you are asking 10K for it !!!! If it was connected to the film you might of actually got 10K for it working or not.

Good luck, your going to need it.

Has anyone bid on this? I have to admit I would if I had the money! It has to be the rarest puzzle in the world and to me that counts for something the only one and it could be mine what a cool party piece. I could hold puzzle weekends with it like them Murder Mystery ones. I'm sure theres a buisness oppertunity here for it. Plus what a great way to meet each other and "Party" :D Any body up for that as an idea 8)

you have to have more money than sense to buy this puzzle....its like the marijuana industry....if you pay that price, that will be considered "exceptable" and that will be a standard price for such an item...it is currently only worth what ever a prospective buyer will pay...economics 101....theres a micheal jackson ventriloquist dummy on ebay..buy it now is 10,000 usd...pfft!...no way!...same thing.....the consumer sets the price ,its a buyers market right now.....i think 1,000 pounds is more realistic in todays economy....how much did it take to design let say a corvette z06?...im sure its way more than the MSRP....one of a kind kicks up the interest but at 10,000 pounds its going to be one of a kind in puzz's office forever...just my humble opinion.
if you want to prove me wrong it will cost you 10,000 large.....

love ya puzz, but this is going in the "TOOOOOO MUCH!" catagory with the M16 i want and the full size cannon i also want.
maybe ill win the lottery but for now i am just looking :D

Sorry but isnt that the idea with all SW puzzles?

Sorry. that might be unfair. SW just had a horrible batch of isis and ramisis they launched; no QC at all.

Honestly though, it cost Andrew 10k. thats not even USD is it, so more like 15-20k. sorry i dont believe it unless hes figuring his wage into the cost at about $100 an hour.

CR80, you say it doesnt work? where did you hear that?

the description said something about the electronics not working after initial opening or something...i guess its ok if you want a one of a kind piece
I sure am not trying to dissuade anyone from buying it...just wish it was even affordable enough to bid at the starting level.
i am a HUGE fan of the books, but there again its not a registered product with the book series....i just dont see it having a resale value to match its price tag as where most of the SW product do have a relatively close resale value...SW could use the money, and i am sure theres some rich fool out there that can afford it,its just not me.....
i will be ordering a kuku though :D
