Positive Feedback for SW

Postby egyptluvr1 » Thu Apr 02, 2009 4:17 am

Hey everyone egyptluvr1 here:

I've been searching the forum (mostly for clues on the Ramisis to no avail  )
and i saw alot of "I'm mad at SW, they are so disorganized" and the like. I think some positive feedback is an order. Personally SW has treated me very well lately and yeah they are slow on responding to PMs and emails but think about it; they are a small company, with limited workers. If we were talking about a fortune 500 company we would have customer service reps and with the economy the way it is most businesses don't have that luxury.

Puzz has anserwed all of my PMs in a timely manner and maybe I'm lucky but I'm sure he is very busy most of the day. I don't know if managing director in Britain is the same as CEO or president here in the States but whatever hierarchy there is he probably has to sit at his desk all day and answer phone calls from possible Isis vendors all over the world, this is becaus ethe Isis brand of puzzles is so new and so ordinary that it will draw attention. Not to mention managing any problems within SW. This is not some overly showy attempt to promote fake feedback (even though it is written somewhat showily  ) This is honest feedback and none of it is fake. I want everybody to share whatever feedback they have wheteher good or bad think of this as an ebay sellers feedback list :)

well i can speak for the 500 club and say we are all very positive about the adventure and futture releases or we wouldnt have pre-paid the whole set!
patience seems to be one of the biggest requirements ...but it will pay off
at the end of the day i think we all just want SW's very best, not its quickest :D

My personal opinion is that i don't really care if they answer our pm's on time or if they bring out the puzzles on time just as long as they keep making those fine wonders.
I would hereby like to thank Sw for the great stuff that they have come up with over the last years, and i wish them to continue doing so for a long time to come.
Honoustly, i'm not known for my patience but if it takes longer for SW to bring out a new puzzle then i wont mind.
I'd rather get a puzzle that is outstanding, awesome and perfect.I wish they would have waited longer with the ramisis aswell so then my lights would have been working.
I have allways gotten what i paid for,the things have allways been really great and also they don't break easily.
So THANKS SW for the joy and frustration you have brought into my life.
Tester and prankster, waiting to test something new.
