i would say right because no matter what side of the road you are on no matter what country you are in if the bus is in the closest lane to you it will always be traveling right.

The caravan is not travelling in any direction, it is not attached to any other vehicle, it doesn't even have a tow bar :D a caravan needs something to tow it.

Its pointing to the right as you can't see the door but not moving as the driver is not in the window?

It moving to the right, as the door would be on the other side, Of course this is based on English roads
