The Isis Adventure

Just posting to say Hi. No extra tips needed... so far
I'm a newbie with the Isis in my hands for 10 days now but after spending 3-4 hours solving the clues I left it...In fact I wasn't sure anymore if the 3rd bb is free (I can't remember the sound before! )but I'm positive.
My only question is: turning the Isis means turning the rings?

Anyway I'll find it...
