I thought that they could, I personally hate mobile phones, or more what they have done to the human race, they have made people rude.
Where ever you go these days somebody is shouting into their phone as if that is going to make the reception any better at the other end.

i think you would hate chicago...nowadays they only have a earbud in their ear..looks like they are all walking around talking to themselves...i try to get into their conversations in public..gets a weird reaction...

mostly they say "hold on one second"..then they look at you kinda mean...and i say "oh i thought you where talking to me sorry"....then they say "ok anyway...."to the person they are talking to on the cell....and continue their conversation at which point i just do it again...repeat..after like 4 times they get really mad and say "let me call you back"...a long uncomfortable silence always follows...thats the point...

hahahha..cool...even if it is a manbeast when he hangs up look at him smiling..and if he gets madder just laugh...he will laugh with you eventually when he realizes your not daft just messing with him...they never get mad for long....because EVERYBODY hates it when they are not the ones doing it ..right?..lol....
