Getsis, feel free to post and even repost any of the valid issues you brought up, just keep it civil.

I agree it's always possible to go after someone/company even with a disclaimer. Happens all the time. I want to sue the city because Johnny drowned even though there is a big "Swim at your on Risk" "We are not responsible" sign that he had to crawl over to get in the pool. On the other hand... I'm not a lawyer and I really don't know anything about UK laws, but I think sending in payment would be the equivilent of a verbal contract, so even though a document was not signed it's still probably the same as an electroninc agreement. I don't know where you would go with that, just my thoughts.

For the record, I'm not concerned about it, ask me that again if 12 months go by and we are still in the same position, and I'm sure I'll have a different attitude :wink:

Hopefully Karen will delete this thread tonight. Its going the same way as NWP thread

If you require information about your consumer rights go to CAB or pm other members.
This kind of thread is upsetting some of the adventures and not good for newbies to read.

If you hurt SW as a company it will affect all the players in the game.

We should all be promoting the ISIS ADVENTURE and trying to get new players on board.

As I have stated before, the puzzles are not just the only part of the adventure- yes you may have opened the IsIs and the Ramisis now go find and open a Pyramid.

I sure that isis 3 will be sorted soon.

i don really mind if this thread opens or closes,

But i do find it concerning that people want refunds at this stage, i just hope the 500 club will be ok :cry:

I spent a lot of money on this and i dont want it to all go wrong!!!! :cry:

I'm just hoping that SW wont get hurried up because of this and release isis III sooner and its a faulty puzzle again cuz that sucks a hell of a lot more than the long wait.

Hi all,
I don't beleive in stopping free speech, so long as it is not offensive, so i will not delete this thread. Instead i will lock it down as i beleive the point has been made now.
As for faulty, rushed puzzles, i beleive Puzz and SW have already addressed this in his updates area.
There will be new puzzles release soon, hopefully the 500 club will get sneak peaks/ pictures/testing etc to try and satisfy their evergrowing concerns and thirst for information.
Puzz is extremely busy as has been mentioned several times now, he is not only concentrating on the next puzzle/ puzzles, he also has to keep on top of his previous puzzles and challenges aswell as the whole adventure itself.
If people think that this is wrong, please feel free to pm me.
