I believe that the universe is not expanding, from our perspective it looks like it is. The universe is a lot like a hour glass in shape, matter is force out one end ( white hole) and goes back into the other end ( Black hole ) that are back to back. Because of the gravity, after being forced out of the white hole it will slow and turn back toward the pull. It will over shoot because of the speed and it will fold back again. It will eventually go into the black hole to be reformed to go out the white hole and this is done over and over again. this is a brief explaination you would have to see my drawings to get the full idea.

I believe that a "both" option should be added to the ballot. As far as this last theory goes...How do you explain multiple black holes and red shift findings in all directions?

If you take into account when air blows out of a fan it go in many directions, you will have local group but if you are in there somewhere it looks like everything is running away from you except for the direction at the fan. If you are far enuff out you cant see the fan.
