OK, since noone else has suggested how about 9pm GMT on Wednesday 26th March. That should suit all people of all ages in the UK and US. I think that's about 4pm Eastern US time although I would recommend checking.

Actually for the U.S. according to the following website the time is 5pm EST (which I believe is due to the annoying daylight savings time).

Yeah, I wasn't too sure about DST which is why I recommended checking
It get's even more confusing when we move over to BST (British Summer Time) which is why I wasn't sure whether there was a 4 or 5 hour time difference.
