OK, since noone else has suggested how about 9pm GMT on Wednesday 26th March. That should suit all people of all ages in the UK and US. I think that's about 4pm Eastern US time although I would recommend checking.

It get's even more confusing when we move over to BST (British Summer Time) which is why I wasn't sure whether there was a 4 or 5 hour time difference.
