I have also accidently closed my Isis and now it's closed for EVER. But the reason why it had no key was because all Isis puzzles sold after July 2007 have no key. To get your key you need to e-mail your Isis numbers, both inside and outside, your name, address, and e-mail to
Key@sonicwarp.com

Are you sure it's closed forever?? Please don't post any details here though.
