It looks like aluminium perhaps.

Much bigger than I thought it was too.
If you're interested in mystery pictures SG have two competitions active on their Facebook pages Sonic Games and The Isis Adventure and there is often one on the iball3 page.
Need to get the 'Page Likes' up to the required target aswell though.
