Am back (again!)... so what's been happening??

yeah i'm back again but not sure how long for again! wondering what's been going on?
as noticed the NWP has gone and thankfully i still hadn't managed to solve any more of it and come back to find it's gone or is it?! but also now taking interest in this as i sent my Ramisi5 back to SW last november for the update, still hadn't heard anything so came back in January and emailed them about having it back or a refund, and still got no reply, and today i finally had enough of being £150 down (and sitting on my credit card!!) and nothing to show for it so rang them and hopefully it'll be sorted out... although Andrew is in New York til monday?
I'll try not to bitch but as you can probably guess from what i've mentioned before i'm not at all happy with SW still, and actually agree with what Smartybones was saying as well as for me; news and changes are mentioned on the forum, and not stated on their website where it's obvious nor any emails sent out (or at least ones that contain something!) so if you're unfortunate enough not to have enough time to put into keep track of the forum, then you tend to come back to a nasty surprise of having to cough up more money for something that was free before.
but anyways... going to try and give it another go, especially as there's this platinum pyramid coming soon? yeah could really do with some updates as to what's what and what has been happening for everyone!
