It's September - are we due a newsletter?? It's 3 months since the last one.

I was assuming we'd get one to coincide with the Ramisis release.
Let's hope it includes something about the (so far) mysterious NKubit! There will probably be a select few people who will receive it: those who managed to find the hidden page on the Sonicwarp site where the pre-orders took place on the 14th July

I am glad that you got a reply from Caroline; it seems to be more than I can do.
I sent her an email over a week ago just asking some simple questions that would only take a few seconds to answer.
I am really disappointed that she hasn't got the decency to reply, even an "I received your email, I'll get back to you" would have been appreciated.
I should start a "bring back Erica" campaign, maybe she could at least return the good customer relations to SW that she inadvertently took with her.

I have to say that the dealings I have had with Caroline have been excellent. Polite, humerous and quick to respond. Maybe she didnt get your email Steve or deleted it inadvertantly?? However, it does sound like its all hands to the pump at SW at the moment...

Try resending the email, like Haggis said, she is normally great at answering emails.
