Forgive me for opening up a new topic but there doesn't seem to be a section for Isis issues, whereas there is one for Ramisis. As the subject says, I need help (a lot of people tell me that!)

There are a couple of issues I have with the Isis which I have emailed to SonicWarp, but have not received a reply. I could do to get into the 5% club so I can openly discuss the mechanism etc. but I haven't got a photo of the open puzzle with my name; I only took a picture of the open puzzle and it is now closed again, possibly forever.

I have registered the key, so I can't see why this doesn't automatically allow me access to the 5% club. What's all this stuff about sending in a photo? How could I register the key without opening the puzzle?

Please, please, reply and let me know how to proceed. My decision to buy Ramisis depends on how my issues with Isis are resolved. Not happy that there is an email contact but no reply forthcoming.

They cant look at your account to see you register the key, it is your account and they dont have the password. So the only way is to send a picture of it open.

Hi kitwillie,

If you have an older Isis that has the key inside the puzzle, you could have opened the puzzle with a hack saw; you would still be able to register your key.
If you have a photo of your Isis open with your forum name and your Isis numbers on it, PM it to anash27, he will grant you access to the 5% club.

Send a PM to Anash27 with the photo that you have taken, he may ask you some additional information before letting you into the 5% club, but he'll be able to sort it for you
