Hi Folks - new Isis Owner

Postby gnipper » Thu Dec 13, 2007 5:45 pm

Hi folks,

Been waiting eagerly to get my hands on the ISIS and today it has arrived in its shiny gold and blue!

Ill no doubt be sharing my frustrations on the board in the days/weeks/months to come!

Ive deciphered 6/10 clues so far (thats all i could get done in my dinner hour LOL) and I hope to finish them all off tonight...

One question at this stage.. i actually dont know if I can ask it here, but ill try and be cryptic incase i am on to something.... are the clues printed correctly in the manual and did anyone check them? Do you get my drift?

If you had opened it on the first attempt you would have been disappointed. I was! it only took about 30 mins after taking it out of the box. I had already solved the clues before I actually got my hands on it. So I had plenty of time to figure out what I should do.

The newer ISIS are slightly harder to open than the early ones. and some are harder than others. My first was the easiest, the second I couldn't solve after 2 hours even knowing the solution so I cheated :)

Well, not quite the first attempt - was fiddling with it for HOURS last night to try and suss it out.

But was making notes today from trawling throught the forums and looked at it in a different light and pop - away we went!

Congratulations Gnipper :D That was fast!

Now you can join the 5% club :) To join, take a picture of your open ISIS with your username written on a peice of paper next to the ISIS. Then send the picture (as an image tag) to Anash27, Ade will then let you into the 5% club :)

Check out the 5% club before you reset your ISIS, it should help
