Tessarisis puzzle help

So im kinda frustrated since i get no progression at all on the tessarisis, every time i feel like im getting progression i get back to the beggining.
Got ALL clues figured out following all instructions the best i got is the top got a little extra move to it but but got back to beggining immiditly
can anyone please help
