The Isis Adventure

Its been a long time since I logged into here and finally decided to take more stabs at my Tessarisis that is still currently closed. I seen Puzz video on the black and gold puzzle for insides of it but I'm curious is my Gold/Blue buttons work the same way as the black and gold in the video to know if i should follow those actions to some extent. Also the top of the puzzle the wheel by the T seems to be locked down and wont move...not sure if that's on the right path or not my lid moves just slightly...its a frustrating puzzle any tips would be appreciated thanks lol
