New membership with old registered puzzles

Hey guys and girls,

As the title says, I've made a new isis adventure membership and I have my old puzzles but can no longer register them to this account, without my old log in details.

Does anyone know how to get around this? Or who to ask to reset it?
I have tried to add them by registering them again but they're not coming through as a recognised puzzle either.

Could be a long process but I really can't wait to get back on track.

Did you change your ID/mail? It seems that it is only necesary to renewel your membership. Once I had a problem with my life membership and asked directly to : memberships[at]sonicgames-uk.com

Thank you for your concern, Flo.
Basically when I started my account with IsisAdventure subscription back in 2006/2007, I used an old email address and registered both puzzles, along with one code I managed to get from opening one puzzle. Since then, I've change email address's with no records of which email used or what passwords I could have used.

I guess if they could track my membership through my name and details I signed up with, there could be hope.

I found it, it's bigsmokebass and the email address that would have been linked to that is still active, however, it's coming up unrecognisable on the login and trying the "forgot password"

I assume you're referring to the main IA site here, as that forum name is still present on the forum (only one post though!)

Basically yes: the same email address I would have used to sign up to the IA, I'd have used to sign up the Bigsmokebass account on here too, however the singing into IA it comes up recognisable.
