New USA Adventurer

Postby InuShonen » Thu Oct 18, 2007 6:00 pm

Hi everyone, I'm a new US adventurer. I recently was looking around in a sharper image store while on break from college and there I saw, in the display stand, a mysterious ball. It just drew me in and then I was asking more questions about it. After going home that night I went online to do a little more research on the Isis and found that it was actually something pretty big. So the next day I return to the store to buy the Isis.

So far I've won 2 prizes from the award zone. It's a really fun adventure.
After opening it the first time and going online to solve the riddle.. I won a COFFEE MAKER.. how dissappointing is that? I really worked hard on the Isis puzzle and won a coffee maker that's $60 on the clearance shelf at sharper image. Sooo I guess that challenged me to go for it again so I went and bought another Isis.. soo thats $400 i spent so i better get something good.. Opened it again, and instead of picking the mystery prize that had no challengers or other people trying to solve the riddle, I picked mystery prize #1 which had the most challengers at 7 people.. Solved it and won a Massage Chair! yay.. don't know which chair it is yet though.. the picture on the site wasnt working..
Sooo now im here.. just reading more about the isis until we get some pyramids out lol.. I just hope that I will have some in my area.. SEATTLE(hint hint)

Wow, 2 of the prizes already! Sounds like there's not going to be much left for the rest of us. I can't wait to get my Isis (still in the mail) and get cracking. Good to see more people from the US getting into it too.

thanks, its really fun solving the riddles.. lol Andrew was asking me how I got the answer so quick.. he said he made the riddle hard lol.. Just waiting for my prize now.. I dont know whats going on.. they said they're arranging something with the Sharper Image.. don't worry, I think they're always going to have 10 prizes up for people because once people won some of the prizes 1-10, prizes 11 12 13 14 popped up..

oo and I just got my key today so I hope theres some pyramids commin out soon. i could use the money for Christmas haha

also, is it allowed to post riddles or answers? I have some people asking..

There will be pyramids in the US, but I don't think there will be any before Christmas. Keep your eye on it though, just in case :)

I know forum members are not allowed to post the riddles normally, but you may be able to post with the solution. Please check with Puzz or Ade (anash27) to make sure :)

riddles

Could someone please post a mystery prize riddle that has been solved so I can see an example. I am struggling on a riddle that I originally thought was simple.

Hello from the Minneapolis area in the "Nort'land". I have just joined this forum and am awaiting my first puzzle to arrive in the mail in a few days. I'm not sure yet if it's the Isis or the Copernisis (a slight mistake in ordering online). I'm excited to start this adventure, but I really feel like I'm showing up late to a great party and I don't know anyone. I'm a bit puzzled at all the different pyramids and coins to be found. It seems new ones are still being placed. Where can I find out about all the locations and clues? Somewhere on this website, or the Sonic Games website? I saw some of the pictures on the Sonic Games website, but they are really small. Are there better pictures somewhere?

Also, I have the opportunity to purchase a used Isis, but it might have already been registered. Would it be a bad idea to buy it? Anyway, I'm glad to be a part of this and I hope to learn a lot from you guys.

Hi and welcome!
You will know everything is to know when you receive your puzzle, don't worry  If you buy an old Isis, and if the previous owner has already found a pyramid, your Isis will only be a beautiful item but not more, only one coin is allowed by registered puzzle.

Hope you'll enjoy the adventure!
Please, forgive my broken English: I'm french ;)

Thank you, Flo! Looking forward to everything. As for the old Isis, I'm pretty sure the owner only registered it and didn't solve it. Is there a way to check if I have the registration code? It's 9154630512.

If you buy a used isis the first owner has to write andrew that he is going to sell it, then andrew will delete the isis from his account and the isis is like new, so its like new and you can win all prizes.
