Having an issue with renewed membership

Hi there,
I had membership to the ISIS adventure in 2010 after unlocking my ISIS ball. I realized how much fun this was trying to hunt for coins that I wanted to get started again. I just re-upped my membership with an annual payment and signed in, but i'm not seeing any free password credits or the ability to see the pyramid map (link is grayed out). Can you help?
Also...will my ISIS 1 key still work for new pyramids?

Hi

I had the same problem with the IA membership a few days ago. I solved the problem by contacting SG on their website http://www.sonicgames-uk.com/contact-us/. About an hour after i had sent my enquiry i got a mail back from Andrew and he solved the problem for me. You have to send him your account details and your isis number and he will then be able to update your mebership status.
