I just got the Isis Ball today and have been playing around with it before getting down to business of solving the pussle, but I have a question. On the grey portion of the rings there are two circles with lines thru them. While playing around with it I did something to get the ball to turn so they are about half an inch apart (see picture). While they are apart the three silver rings are rotating and clicking each time it moves. I can't seem to get the circles to go back the way they were and the ball inside is not moving around anymore. Did I do something wrong? The reason I ask is that nothing else seems to be happening. I also want to get it back to the beginning so I can start the process of solving it.

Hi mcowan3,

You are not the first with this situation, it can be solved.
You do need to get those placentas (the circles with lines in them) back in line.
Try using washing-up gloves for a better grip, and/or try putting the Isis in the freezer for a few hours to convince the aluminium to move more easily.

Good luck and have fun!
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
